
Thermal Calibration
Fixed points are most accurate devices available for defining a temperature scale. Fixed point cells are designed to realize the liquid-solid equilibrium temperatures of certain high purity metal elements, for calibration of thermometers at ITS-90 fixed points.
TCLPL has facility to calibrate DTC by primary method (fixed point cell). Apart from TCLPL offer calibration of various sensors, oven, autoclaves, chambers for temperature and humidity parameters and covering range (-) 196°C to +1200°C
We Calibrate Temperature controller/ Indicator / THERMOCOUPLES by fixed point cell for following points:
• Liquid Nitrogen (-196.075 °C) CMC: 0.0084°C
• Triple Point of Water (0.01°C) CMC: 0.0018°C
• Freezing Point of Indium (156.598°C) CMC: 0.0030°C
• Freezing Point of Tin (231.928°C) CMC: 0.0032°C
• Freezing Point of Zinc (419.527°C) CMC: 0.0046°C
• Freezing Point of Zinc (419.527°C) CMC: 0.0046°C
